Romina graduated with a Masters degree for Marriage, Couples, and Family counseling from the University of Central Florida. After completing her license requirements she opened Longboat Counseling Services, operating out of a single rented room in Winter Park, Florida.

After a few years of working in a solo practice, Romina decided to become a qualified supervisor, realizing her passion for mentoring and teaching other therapists. 

In 2023, Longboat Counseling Services opened our brand new office in Longwood where we boast a warm and welcoming space with 7 unique spaces where we work with clients in person or virtually. 

At the same time Romina’s husband, Alex, began working at Longboat with an aim to assist with the administration and operations, including placing clients with the best fit therapist for them. 

Romina and Alex personally handle inquiries and prioritize providing exceptional customer service. We understand that reaching out for help can be stressful, and we’re here to make the process smooth and welcoming.
